Spec reference: spec §6.8 — only real, permissioned testimonials

No written testimonial permissions exist yet (spec §17). Per spec §6.8's hard rule, this section stays empty rather than publishing anything fabricated — see docs/03-phase-2-depth.md, weeks 11–12.
